The original post:

Everyone is aware of this, but no one has the courtesy to say it.

The OpenSolaris Forum is structured very strangely.

How so?

When you post a message from the Jive forum, it will look OK in the Jive forum.

However, it can also appear as a continuous line extending to the end of your
paragraph.

Because messages posted from Jive are not auto-wrapped when viewed in Mailman.

This makes you look very stupid, and your message most likely ignored.

Perhaps the least the OGB could do, is to post a warning sign.

This sign should conspicuously alert the posters to post only short messages.

Or try to write his/her message in very short paragraphs.

Each paragraph should consist of only one sentence.

Unless s/he doesn't mind being looked down as an idiot.

Thanks.
