There are many threads on a few lists discussing site requirements, but
the xWiki evaluation info is nicely outlined here:

Certainly other projects must have similar troubles. Do you know if
there is a master-plan in the works and we just hang in there long
enough it will be all good?
The planning of and work on restructuring opensolaris.org has been an
ongoing process for over 18 months, and has been discussed within the
community, both on website-discuss and ogb-discuss.
All community leaders should be subscribed to website-discuss,
ogb-discuss, and opensolaris-announce.
It just makes sense to be on these three lists since meta community
issues are discussed/announced primarily on those three lists. I'll send
a reminder out about this, actually, because in the coming months there
will be a significant amount of communications and operations on those
three lists as we start implementing the new infrastructure. Also, it's
not just infrastructure updates, the Website community has been looking
at the entire site from a content and usability perspective -- updating
the front page design, creating new documents, updating old pages, etc.
And as we roll out the new site in stages and start testing and
migrating things, we'll have to make sure we are consistent with the
OGB's community reorg, which is outlined here:
http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/ogb-discuss/2008-September/006066.html.
So, lots going on. We'll be documenting this on these lists and posting
plans in the Website project.
