I think that we should in fact have a "SXCE now only available on CD by special request; and will be snail-mailed" flag-day. That way, you would get an idea of how many are still downloading the CD version, and thus whether it can be dropped completely. I realize that it means shipping out wads of CD's, and the cost of that, but I guess that you will ship maybe 5 sets per annum.
