Sorry, just re-read what I wrote and it's not quite true-- they don't  
push content below the fold, but one of the buttons itself now appears  
below the fold instead, in my browser window at least...

I should also just point out this isn't meant to denigrate the work  
Michelle does in any way whatsoever-- I'm very well aware of how much  
effort is required to design one good-looking web page, let alone keep  
doing it every couple of weeks.  But that's all the more reason to  
split the workload between someone whose speciality is content, and  
someone whose speciality is design, IMHO...
