Would it have been so hard for "Sun" to have consulted with the community or even given advance warning? Just high-handedly doing it isn't good. Especially as, after the last brouhaha over Sun foisting content onto the os.org homepage, there is a special box of Sun-specific real-estate. Now we're having it foisted onto every page. I don't think the current implementation of this feature is particularly good.
