I've just restarted it. There are several different failure modes, we are trying to diagnose the various root causes. So far Jive seems to be the most frequent culprit for the hangs.

We will be doing some tracing on the app over the next few days, so it will be be intermittently unavailable as we turn the tracing on/off etc.
