Sorry for the late reply. The problem seems to be because the
repository name contains a '+' character. The version of OpenGrok we
currently have running does not seem to handle these correctly. It is
nothing to do with whether the project is hidden. I will inquire with
ops to see if we can get the version upgraded to rectify this issue.
