I'm fairly sure I made my original posting to website-discuss,
so there may be another bug if it was routed to docs-discuss.

When I browse to a project which I am a leader of, I get "Old SCM Management"
and
"SCM Management" links.
If I click on Old SCM Management;
then click on "Find Repositories";
and then click on any repository name
I *should* get a page with info about the repo, but instead I get a completely
blank page (No title, no text, no HTML at all in View Source, etc)
The new SCM Management works fine.
