[website-discuss] SCM Console Downtime

The SCM console(repo.opensolaris.org) will be taken down for a short 
period at 1pm GMT on 24th March.  This is to rectify some minor bugs in 
the current version.  The outage is expected to last approximately 30 
minutes. During this period you will not be able to create new 
repositories, or edit existing repositories.

This outage will not affect access to the repositories hosted on 
opensolaris.
