Which tells me it matched a header rule, e.g. empty subject as the vast
majority of spam tends to have an empty subject. You appear to be on a
number of lists.
Try adding a subject.

and what about that moderation thing?
You need to be subscribed to the list you are sending mail to. If you
are not, it gets moderated, in which case I let it through.
