We've operated for two years with a webapp that didn't match the old
constitution's structure ("leaders" for website editors, nothing about
contributors or core contributors), so it's not like we're in unfamiliar
territory. I wouldn't delay the site migration over it.
As I explained previously, there will be some work involved to implement
the webapp to fit the existing Constitution, but it should be relatively
minor in the context of all the other stuff involved.
