Yes, that works. For the people following at home, Jim added a regular
link. When I view it in the link editor, it shows the Link text as
./../download/Community_on/WebHome/devref.html#3_2_3_makefile_layout
The initial "./" appears to be required.
It's all a little awkward IMO, but I guess it's doable. And most people
probably won't have to deal with it, because they probably won't be
linking into the middle of attachments.
Jim, one question: did you enter the relative path
("./../download/..."), or did you enter the full URL
("http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/download/...";)?
