It appears that the DNS entry for arc.opensolaris.org has been changed,
and no longer points to the correct IP address. The consequence is that
although the service is up, it is unreachable.
I've changed the webserver configuration so that it can be accessed via
the correct IP address, http://72.5.123.91/caselog/
Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll send out a note when we have it fixed.
