It's likely the way the text is formatted in the user's mail program
then formatted in html in jive then again pushed out to text to the
mailing list and then reformatted in html for the archive. Somewhere
along the line the line breaks look to have gotten lost or the <p>
tags were improperly implemented. Fixing it would require a lot of
manual interventions, i.e. time. When you paste text like that into
jive, use the <pre> tag or use the <p> tags appropriately and
similarly mind the text wrapping in your mail program of choice.
