[website-discuss] Auth upgrade today

I'll be upgrading Auth to a newer version later on today, some time 
between 1:00pm PST and 4:00pm PST.  Hopefully the outage will be brief - 
30 mins or less - and I'll send out a heads-up just before I start.

This will principally affect Source Juicer users, who use Auth for 
authenticating.
