In my firefox, it's there, but it's on the div containing the table,
not the page, so you have to scroll down to the bottom of the table
to see it.
Playing with Firebug, I was able to move the scrollbar to the page itself
by changing "overflow: auto" to "overflow: visible" in the CSS for both
.layoutsubsection in screenlayout.css and #contentcolumn in style.css.
