Thanks for this report, it looks like a bug to me because the
cstyle.ms.pdf isn't migrated to the new site, I've filed 11059 for it.

The original page points to a PDF for the ON C style guide, as well as
the .ms (troff) source. That's cstyle.ms.pdf and cstyle.ms,

The migrated page has a link to create cstyle.ms/pdf and a link to
cstyle.ms. I don't see either cstyle file in the attachments area.
When I try to view cstyle.ms, I get an error message saying "this
template does not exist".
The "preparing content" page[1] mentions that attachment names can't
have "_" in them. Are there other restrictions that we need to know
about? If there are, can someone please add them to the "preparing
content" page?
