Hi Jim,

thanx for the analysis, I have changed all our relative links to absolute links and will wait for the next migration round to take place to see how it evolves...
I just took a look at the PDF links and the ones with underscores seem to work. Can you confirm, or am I missing something?

This is the page in question for CZOSUG:

http://opensolaris.org/os/project/czosug/events_archive/
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/User+Group+czosug/events_archive
the .pdf and .tgz files attached to the original opensolaris.org webpage DO NOT migrate correctly now and links to them are garbled on the current version of hub.opensolaris.org portal. What to do with them?
Martin,

Sorry for the delay. I took a better look at this and there are number of issues here.

1) The table is broken b/c you don't have the proper number <td> elements in each table row. I fixed up a test page here:

http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/czosug/events_archive_test/

We'll see what happens after the next migration on Friday.

2) The attachments do not come over completely.

It looks like 54 out of 113 total attachments came over. Of those it brought 0 out of 7 Flash files (swf). The others were PNGs PDFs and HTML. I could not see a reason why some came over and others did not (file size, name length).

I updated an existing bug for this issue and uploaded a spreadsheet of the attachment differences.

http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=11059

3) The links for PDF in the table are not being created correctly. It appears to be inserting a "/" instead of "."/ I made a change in the test page to clean up the originating link, so if the next migration does not fix it I will update the bug for this issue as well.

Derek

Martin
