Closing, as this is not a bug.
I looked at the FAQ entry and didn't find it enlightening. In
particular, the links described in comment #5 of bug#10663 do not appear
to be erroneous, and I'm still seeing question marks for them in the
migrated page.
Do I need to open a new bug specifically for these "trailing slash"
links? As described in comment#4, we were told in the past[1] to add a
trailing slash to links, for the benefit of the old Portal. I hope
we're not being told now that we have to go back and manually remove all
the slashes that we dutifully put in.
