In the old web site, I have this page:

which has a couple headers with HTML anchors, i.e.
Phase_1, Phase_2, which are linked to in the main page
with text like this:

Work is underway on [Phase
2](http://opensolaris.org/os/project/smbfs/roadmap/#Phase_2) features.
The links to those anchors are not being converted
to anything meaningful in the new website.
