They are at the same level because XWiki doesn't go as deep with URLs,
but you can reparent pages which will affect what shows up in the left
nav bar. But as Alan pointed out, the left nav bar only goes two levels
deep, per a request for that.
In addition to a possible RFE at some later date, the Documentation page
could also contain pointers to all the different pages available to help
people find things.

I noticed earlier that xwiki doesn't seem to go "that deep" on the
