Hmph, odd.
I don't see any Left Hand side menu on that page.
On http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Project+x-cons/ it's also showing
me as logged in as alanc, with Edit in the xwiki top bar, but the left
hand side nav bar here just has the Collectives box, the Project x-cons
Pages box, and the Create New Page box - no link to the SCM repo at all.
Where are you seeing the LHS menu with Create Repository?
