The ARC pages moved quite some time ago and weren't affected by the
XWiki migration, and the changes only affected opensolaris.org, not
opensolaris.com - this team only deals with the .org site. I suggest
you mail [email protected] and point out the broken
link to them - the ARC case archive is now at
http://arc.opensolaris.org/caselog/

That was caused by some overzealous redirects that I've now fixed,
