As far as I can tell the buttons were all renamed some time before the
migration, so the redirects that are in place and are correct but they
refer to the new names of the files rather than the old ones. And with
the old portal there's no file history so I can't really tell what the
old names of the files were.
Based on the name of the file you provided and eyeballing at the images
on http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Community+Group+advocacy/buttons,
I *think* the file you are looking for is
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/download/Community+Group+advocacy/files/blue-3-04.gif
I think the best option is to just copy the appropriate image to your
local site and link to it, the second best is to link to the new
location on hub.
