I know you are all set with your account now, but thanks for pointing
out the error message. I filed a bug to update that message with more
useful info:

If anyone has any issues with their user accounts on opensolaris.org,
please post mail to website-admin AT opensolaris DOT org. The website
team has coverage on that list in the US, Europe, and Asia so mail gets
responded to pretty rapidly.
