I just spoke with Valerie and Jbeck. Apparently people are confused by
the term 'electorate' and think that because Contributor grants are
listed in the Electorate collective, they can vote.
First, rest assured that they can't. Only Core Contributors can vote,
per the constitution.
The Electorate is the collective that holds governance roles, and per
the constitution, there are two.
But I suggest changing the wording of the 'Don't Lose Your Vote!' text
here to be clear that it is "Core Contributors" who need to have
validated their os.org accounts:
"Only those Core Contributors who have validated their accounts with the
new opensolaris.org authentication application can vote."
And I would suggest that 'opensolaris.org authentication application'
should be a link to auth.
That will then reinforce the mention of Core Contributors status in the
'Facilitator Instructions' text.
Thanks.

Hi Michelle,
The dates/days don't match up:
- Feb 15 is a Monday, not a Sunday
- Feb 26 is a Friday, not a Thursday
And no timezone is specified for the times noted.
Thanks.
