Indexer should definitely complain about broken indexes if it's not
(most probably it's just that src.opensolaris.org is on 0.7 ... we will
release new new opengrok in march, which you can hopefully switch to
(0.8.1 is current, but I guess you can wait for new one since we hope to
release in march) ... and I think for 0.7 we missed logging properties
which hide some messages by default)

This should fix the stale bits you were seeing, but keep an eye on it and let
us know if you notice it creep out of date again and I'll look into writing
some sort of script that will check the repos once a day just to make sure the
local opengrok repos are current and undamaged.
