Whoops - didn't mean to cc website-discuss. I'd started doing that to
complain I couldn't do it, but then I found I cleverly had to chose the
"Edit your account" link on auth to be able to manage the community grants,
and the link Jim gave was a dead end that was just to drive me crazy
with confusion. I'm filing a bug for that now.
