Well, this would be the message if you tried to ssh into the old
system during the election. The emails about the election have
contained the deadlines (like today is the deadline for the nominations
for the next OGB, and we're still desperately trying to meet
quorum in the IRC meeting on irc.freenode.net/#opensolaris-meeting )
