I am writing this on behalf of the new OGB that is in charge since
April 1st 2010 under a new constitution, see:

In order to be able to do future elections and polls, we need to have a list of
core-contributors (and their e-mail addresses). We are in hope that there may
be
people from the web administrator folks that could help to create such a list
and to find a way keep it up to date.
- Is there a way for people from the OGB to create this list or do we need
help from other people?
- Is there an easy way to create a list of core-contributors from
existing lists?
- Is there a way to keep such a list up to date?
