The fix was much easier than expected so this is fixed now. The problem
was actually from the last Bugzilla upgrade we did and I just missed
this during the merge process.

Thanks for pointing this out. I had this issue on a couple of other
drop downs but missed checking the "change several bugs at once"
feature. I'll have it fixed by tomorrow.
