Of course... but my response was mainly speaking to Christoph's proposal [1]. I did write: > [...] my main intention is to > demonstrate (what I think is) improved spacing and header + footer. ... which is effectively CSS. I'm more than happy to help out in that respect but at the moment it's not clear (to me at least) what is being worked toward in this area - is there a finalised visual design that has been agreed on? I am aware that you are very busy working on the content, which is why I made a reasonably conservative visual design proposal that would be limited to CSS changes. The IA stuff was merely a very quick attempt to reconcile the homepage widgets you proposed and what Christoph proposed in his mockup. In no way do I want to suggest that my quickly thrown together filler content is supposed to constitute a credible argument against all the hard work that Christian and your good self have been doing. The IA stuff is long-term, the design itself is short term, but they're mangled together in one mockup which is a response to Christoph's mockup. Sorry if that wasn't clear :) In short, I'm happy to help out with CSS, but a) I don't know what visual design you're working toward b) If there is no definite visual design that has been decided on, then we need to work through that here and on the design list. This can be independent of the website launch date if you're wanting to go live ASAP. c) Even if I got access to make CSS changes, I wouldn't want to start before we have some agreement on the design list. I hope that makes this conversation seem less radical :) Regards, Ivan.
