<sigh>Naming scheme changed, sucks when this is done from one release
to another, but I expect it to be a mistake, rather than a wanted
change.
Now: LibO_3.3.0rc2_Win_x86_all_lang.exe
before: LibO_3.3.0rc2_Win_x86_install_all_lang.exe
justlike it is "LibO_3.3.0rc2_Win_x86_install_multi.exe" for the multi one.

(note the missing "install". I probably won't update the script, but
rather have the naming fixed on the mirrors)
But there now are "helppacks" available for windows that are not taken
into account by the script...

Not really, but what is doable is to have "scheduled" publications of
the changed strings, i.e. when the date of release is fixed, one can
prepare the change of the page's text and say: "publish this change at
<whatever date the announce will be made>".

It would always show the two windows variants (all and multi), as
there is no mapping that says "these languages are in multi" yet.
