I believe you are incorrect... there are lots of sites that allow this. If I am not mistaken, it is an option that must be enabled in the Paypal accounts settings. From a quick random google: "Here's how to turn this setting on within your PayPal account: 1. Log in to your PayPal Account here and select the Profile tab. 2. Under Selling Preferences select the Website Payment Preferences link. 3.
