 Thanks for your note!

 Issue 1 sounds a problem in Alfresco. I tried to login to check that, but
Alfresco is unavailable. I found some messages from David Nelson about the
problem in the Documentation list, but I'm not know the current status
about that.

  As an workround until Alfresco up, we can link the extensions page to
these wiki links:

  http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/images/1/14/Publishing_extensions.pdf
  http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/images/8/84/Publishing_extensions.odt

  I can do it if we don't have a better alternative. Any other suggestion?
