I spent quite some time with updating our mirroring page, and adding it
to the wiki for easier editing.
The result is available at
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Infra/Mirroring
Any feedback, especially those from mirror admins, is welcome, so we can
improve the wording and content of that page. For comparison, the old
version (without layout) is still available at
http://bilbo.documentfoundation.org/mirroring.html
I have configured http://download.documentfoundation.org/mirroring.html
to point to the new wiki page now.
