Those fixes very likely to point to the issue because there's a bug with the attached documents that was detected and fixed in addition/independently. And revert is undoing a change because of some problem with the original fix, very likely to fix it differently in another commit. The list is generated by looking for references to bugs in the commit-message, thus there might be typos in the number (i.e. wrong order of digits) or additional fixes regarding a bug, not just the original comment.
