Hi everyone,

As per Bjoern's ticket here: https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/1865

I've updated the community support page on our website at: https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/community-support/

It's mostly the same text as before, but simplified, broken up into boxes and with Ask.LibO put first. It's more approachable than the previous wall of text, I reckon. If anyone has any feedback (eg should mailing lists also be near the top?) then please let me know!
