The “Help – Get Help Online” refers to the LibreOffice menu. That said the first section of that page has a link to https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/ which in turns has a link to https://ask.libreoffice.org/ and other support channels… Use your credentials to authenticate. > What is wrong with you ???????
