- sorry for the delay in following-up on this (been mostly away from base); hope it's still timely ... ... ... except, that have just seen Gerard's note re reinstatement of the mailing list archives :) :D . Would've felt kinda bad if the archives wouldn't've been avail for list members (hence the orig pause in replying - before had to head off at short-ish notice): so it's extra-good to hear of the re-instatement.
