Hi.

I will not make those changes. The lack of vibrant colors is a design
choice for this page.
We are well aware of various web technologies, and we used some of the
technologies you mentioned (as every other website on the internet does).

frames and marquee are obsolete and will never be used in our website, nor
do they solve any issue that may exist with that page.
A moving marquee is also a very bad design choice for this type of page, as
it is distracting, hard to read and serves no actual need.

If you have an actual reason to believe the design of the page needs to be
