This shouldn't actually be dependent on the day cronjob. There is a fedmsg
hook which is triggered when a meeting ends, which runs the needed script.
Perhaps there is a hiccup with zodbot communicating with fedmsg or perhaps
the correct mote-updater service on value01 is not running.
