Unfortunately, that web page is not very accessible to the sight impaired. Would you consider adding a link to a more accessible version like http://www.thetimenow.com/timezones/convert/GMT/EST ? It is WCAG 2.0 compliant and will be more helpful for those who are sight impaired. I'd also recommend you take a look at http://wave.webaim.org to check pages' accessibility in advance in the future if you like.
