Lars,
Can I ask which package will create the symbolic links to the latest
version of MySQL by default.
i.e.
/usr/mysql/bin ->/usr/mysql/5.1/bin
/var/mysql/data ->/var/mysql/5.1/data
/etc/mysql/my.cnf -> /etc/mysql/5.1/my.cnf
/usr/bin/mysql ->/usr/mysql/5.1/bin/mysql
and when a new version is installed will the user be able to not install
these links so not to disrupt the current running version.
