As I mentioned once on that CR, first change the bug synopsis so it describes the specific problem being fixed as clearly as possible. Right now, the synopsis "ri does not work" is incorrect (ri does work, it just doesn't always build ;-) and it doesn't do anything to describe the actual problem.
