some more. :-) However, it may be worth trying to keep /usr with
hierarchical organization of dirs.
Having said that, it is not consistent with what most other linux
distributions do -- they package this
under /usr/phppgadmin. There is also /usr/pgadmin3, the postgres admin
tool at /usr level.
For consistency sake, it is probably better to go with /usr/phppgadmin
instead of /usr/postgres/phppgadmin --
I will make this change if I don't hear any other strong preferences.
