I couldn't agree more, because, in part, it may be my group within Sun
that's on the hook to support :)... seriously, though, I couldn't in
good conscience put forth an ARC case without a clear idea of how Sun
intends to support.
You raise an equally valid issue around major and minor releases... just
because we include Drupal 6.0 now, will we include 6.1, 6.2, etc. when
they come out? Will we make availble immediately to the Indiana
Repository, or (less optimally) wait for the next Indiana Train?
The biggest meta-issue all this raises right now, for me, is that of
commitment and support, potentially in perpetuity, from the OpenSolaris
Community and Sun Microsystems.
