Hi all! I am working in Sun's Database Group, and we have been planning to include a Ruby interface to PostgreSQL, ruby-pg in Nevada. I have read the discussion in your mail archives regarding including Rails with Nevada, and we are currently facing the same issues you did. ( http://opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=52256 )
It seems like you have settled for not including Rails, but leave it to the user to do ' gem install '. Is this the approach you would suggest to every ruby extension, or are you working on a different approach? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Best regards, Lars-Erik Bj?rk
