That's what makes this (provision for multiple versions) a tougher call.
Given that there are no guarantees for binary compatibilities between
minor versions and given some 3rd party plugins probably need to stay
with the earlier versions, I still prefer we make the provision for
multiple versions of Apache. After all, it's consistent with other parts
of the stack (e.g. PHP).
