The conflict is unfortunate, but there they are, so just add a manpage
for "apache2". The current work doesn't touch the old apache1 in any way.

No, manpages are delivered by the package, so put it in SUNWapch22u.

('SUNWman' looks like a bug, but that's a worry for another day.)
